Emergency capsule

For ranks: 4-6, 7-9, 9-13, 12-17.

Description

A shield that activates at hull integrity below 15%. Expires after 10 s.
Slows the ship down by 66%. Can only activate once every 50 s.
Only one modifier of this type can be active.
You can place only one modifier.
