"Stasis" protocol

Description

Covers the ship in ice for 8 s. While the module is active:
  • The ship becomes invincible
  • The ship can't use weapons and modules
  • All enemies in 2000 m. radius forcibly mark ship as a target
  • Maximum speed of a ship is reduced by 60%
  • The maneuvering speed of ship is reduced by 67%
After the module stops working, the ship gets 100% speed boost for 10 sec. The acceleration bonus is reset if the frigate opens fire or activates modules.
Passively increases shield resistance to all damage types by 50 pts.
