Description

Deals damage equal to 1,5%/s. to enemy shields in 1500 m. range. and with each enemy, the module's cooldown is sped up by 37,5%.
Upon activation the ship gets 150 resistance to all damage for 8 s. and a 70% speed boost, that slowly decreases over 12 s. The acceleration bonus is reset if the frigate opens fire or activates modules.
