I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These rules regulate the rate of user behaviour on the game servers, specify the actions which are regarded as violations and list penalties for their commission.



II. Conduct in game chat

1. General In the game there is instant messaging with all users of the game (general chat). It is divided into Russian and Global. In addition, players, united in corporations or squads have access to separate chat channels for these associations. when chatting it is recommended to use the same language as the chat. The use of foreign languages, transliteration, and the deliberate distortion of the Russian language is not welcome. when chatting, behave in a civilized manner and be polite to each other. to prevent the display of obscene words in chat, a profanity filter can be enabled in game settings. But the presence of this filter in the game is not an excuse for writing obscene words in game chat. the main form of punishment in the game is to turn off the ability to send messages in chat (Mute). compliance with the rules of behaviour in the chat is observed by Game Masters (moderators)

2. List of punishable offences:

a) profanity, personal insults aimed at participants of the game, rudeness, crudeness. Punishable by 1-hour mute.

b) publication of data (messages, phrases, symbols, etc.) aimed at distracting the players from the topic of conversation (flood). Punishable by 1-hour mute.

c) all kinds of advertisements, including links to online resources, except for references to the project resources or fan resources defined by the Administration as friendly. Punishable by muting for 7 days.

g) abuse of words in upper case (Caps Lock). Punishable by 1-hour mute.

e) offending the developer or company employees, as well as the administration of the game and game masters. Punishable mute or account block for 24 hours.

f) slander, posting false information about the game, the Administration, game masters, or about other players. Punishable 7-day mute.

g) direct or indirect threats of real violence against players, game masters, or representatives of the administration of the project. Shall be punished by blocking the account from 1 to 3 days.

h) any manifestations of Nazism, racist remarks, calls to overthrow the government by force, inciting ethnic and religious hatred, humiliation of the dignity of persons of a particular gender, sexual orientation, religion, and any action being pursued by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including the Criminal Code, the Civil Code and CAO), the provisions of the UN Declaration on Human Rights, as well as the legislative acts of the Council of Europe. Shall be punished by blocking the account for a period of 1 to 24 hours.

i) political and religious agitation and propaganda, including discussing current political situation in any region of the world. Punishable by 1-hour mute.

j) promotion of drugs, including alcohol and tobacco. Shall be punished by blocking the account from 1 to 3 days.

k) the implementation of a mass mailing of information that the players did not request, did not show any interest in obtaining (spam). Punishable by 1-hour mute.

l) distribution of any personal information. Shall be punished by blocking the account from 1 to 3 days.

m) discussing the games and projects with the exception of Gaijin Ent. and Star Gem Inc products. Punishable by 1-hour mute.

n) placing requests to transfer real money to a web wallet, pass game values ??, as well as a request to transfer Galactic Standards. Punishable by mute for 7 days.

o) expressing the intention to transfer or take game valuables ??, including ships, weapons, modules, clans, with any means (including mail, private messages, descriptions of rooms and any other means), contrary to the Agreement. Shall be punished by a permanent lock of your account.

p) discussing the possibilities and methods of causing damage and / or causing losses to the project, as well as the Administration or the players, including cheat programs, bot programs, ways to modify the client's vulnerabilities as well as the client and server parts of the game, offering advantages in gameplay. Shall be punished by a permanent lock of your account.

q) attempting to obtain information required to access accounts of other players. Shall be punished by a permanent lock of your account.

r) indirect or direct impersonation of Administration or moderators. Shall be punished by blocking the account from 1 to 3 days.

s) any provocation and incitement to violate the Agreement. Punishable by mute for 7 days.

3. Other provisions

a) if the player regularly violates the rules of conduct in game chat, the punishment for any one of the listed items can be increased up to an indefinite lock of your account.

b) if the player violated several rules at once, the player's receives maximum penalty from one of the points of these rules.

c) if the player ignores the warnings of game-masters, the penalty may be increased up to an indefinite account suspension.




III. RULES OF NICKNAME CHOICE

4. When choosing a nickname it is forbidden to:

a) use obscene or abusive words in any language. The degree of obscenity and / or visual similarity to obscene words in each case is determined by the moderator.

b) use provocative nicknames and nicknames which can be misleading about their belonging to a particular party.

c) use nicknames, which contain hints of racial, ethnic, sexual or national superiority;

d) use nicknames that have insulting tones;

e) use nicknames that are associated with sex or violence;

f) using nicknames that mean private parts of the human body or describe their functions;

g) use nicknames that refer to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or their use;

h) use names of historical or political figures;

i) use nicknames that wholly or partly contain copyrighted or registered trademark elements;

5. The Administration's actions in the game upon detection of a prohibited nickname

a) the nickname is changed without notice.

b) for a second violation the player may be denied access to the game, up to indefinite disqualification.

c) user accounts, with nicknames containing clearly visible symbols of xxxx Germany: figures (for example 1488), abbreviations (eg, SS), or styling (eg, 55), as well as the names of war criminals may be permanently blocked.




IV. Player behaviour in combat

6. During the game it is forbidden to:

a) use any software and / or hardware automation that allows for gameplay without the intervention of the player. Shall be punished by a permanent lock of your account.

b) use any software and / or hardware automation to significantly simplify the gameplay. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

c) use any software and / or hardware automation, allowing you to assign a single key for more than one command. In this case, two of the same commands that follow one after the other, are considered different commands. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

d) use vulnerabilities and / or errors of game mechanics to obtain undue advantages. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

e) intentionally inflict damage to members of your own team. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

f) refuse to deal damage to the enemy. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

g) give away locations of allied ships to the enemy. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

h) avoid combat without leaving the battlefield. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

i) refuse to fight against the members of the corporation. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

j) aid the opposing team. Shall be punished by blocking the account for 24 hours.

7. Repeated violations

a) in case of repeated violations of the rules of conduct in combat, penalty may be increased up to an indefinite lock of your account.




V. FINAL PROVISIONS

a) These rules are an essential complement to the License Agreement of Star Conflict.

b) These rules are binding on all users ( players) of Star Conflict.

c) The form and number of penalties for violations is determined by game-masters under these Provisions
