Description

Places nanolocator detecting all enemy ships in 2000 m. radius, including invisible ones.
Doesn't detect ships beyond obstacles.
Invisibility stops working and can't be activated.
Radar invisibility stops working, but continues if ship flies out of locator active range.
Locator can be destroyed or hacked.
All enemies in range also lose hull damage resistance.
