Rank

Ranks show your progression along a main- or sub- factions line of progression and serve as milestones.

Main Faction rank

Your main faction rank is progressed by buying ships. To buy the next rank of ship, you need to earn enough synergy in one (not all) of the prerequisite ships and then spend the credits to buy it. Your main faction ranks determine which Implants are available to you. Each faction is levelled separately.

Three faction ranks equal one tier. Ranks 1-3 are T1, 4-6 are T2, etc.

Sub Faction rank

Sub Factions are your various contract holders. Increasing a rank in a subfaction will unlock their blue MK III items for purchase in the shop. Subfaction rank is increased by gaining Loyalty, which can be earned by completing contracts, from random loot drops and by logging in each day for 5 days.
