Description

Accumulates a charge for every 1500 damage dealt. You can accumulate up to 10 charges. The charges exist for 7 sec.
Upon activation, it spends the accumulated charges and launches a plasma web to the distance up to 2000 m. that deals from 1080 to 11880 thermal damage to the captured target.
