Description

Upon activation, the ship becomes immune to negative effects, captures several (up to 8) targets in front of it and begins to accumulate charge for 5 sec.
When the charge is accumulated, a salvo is fired. Re-activation causes an early salvo.
Activating modules, launching missiles, or firing weapons removes the immunity effect.
When hit, enemy ships can't move, use active modules, shoot or launch missiles for 3 sec.
Stacking crowd control effects within 30 s. has diminishing returns.
