Makes the ship invincible for 6 sec. The ship cannot move, use active modules, shoot and launch missiles.
After invulnerability expires, it enables afterburners of all enemy ships within 2000 m. for 6 sec.
Stacking crowd control effects within 30 s. has diminishing returns.
