Type: Ship modifier.

Group: Engine modifiers.

For ranks: 5-9, 10-16.

For ship type: Templar S, Tormentor S and premium ships of the role

Gives a constant 7% speed boost.

If the ship speed is less than 20%, the shield gets additional resistance to all damage types.

You can place only one modifier.
