Type: Kinetic weapon.

For ship: Persei-8

For ranks: 14-17.

Description

Kinetic weapon with explosive damage. Explosion damage depends on target size.
Each shot of the weapon creates a 300 m. radius minefield at the point of hit for 10 s. The field has 4 mines.
When an enemy ship flies through the field, the mines explode one by one (not more often than once every 0.2 s.) and each of them deals 400 pts. of thermal damage in 200 m. radius.

Characteristics

Parameters are shown without ship bonuses and modifiers for the 1 weapon.
The rate of fire increases depending on the number of weapons mounted on the ship, result is increased damage per second.
Some damage parameters are rounded to integer values.
