Type: Ship modifier.

Group: CPU modifiers.

For ranks: 4-8, 10-14.

For ship type: Hydra, Chiron and premium ships of the role

Description

While the ship's speed is less than 10% of maximal, modules and missiles reload faster.
Shield volume is reduced by 40%.
You can place only one modifier.
