For ranks: 3-7, 8-13.

For ship type: Deimos, Prometheus Fire and premium ships of the role

Creates a 100 m. neutron field with 750 m. depth, dealing thermal damage.

Increases hull resistance to EM damage.

You can place only one modifier.
