Description
- If the beam is locked on a target for more than 0.3 sec., the target takes an additional 100 EM damage per sec. for 5 sec.
- If the target moves at 80% of its maximum speed, the damage will be increased by 500 per sec. Deals additional 400 damage per second to destroyers.
Characteristics
