General information
Faction: EMPIRE
Class: Frigate
Role: Long Range
Rank: 4
Description
These ships are designed for long-range firing. They use their disintegrators or guided torpedoes. However, high-power and long-range weapons come at the cost of armour and shields.
After the formation of the Invincible Legion, his command faced the problem of recruiting combat units. On the one hand, the Legion Headquarters wanted to use the best warships, and on the other hand, the Legion leadership categorically did not want to use army models. The best frigate was "Harpy", and he was already in service with the army. It was not possible to quickly create a better ship, therefore, as an exception, the Harpy was adopted by the Legion with minimal modifications under the designation GF-7B Iron Harpy.
